National Telecommunications and Post Commission upgrades functionality offered by SIS application
This upgrade concerns:
- Automated flow of approval process, with a selection of officials signing or approving a Plan, an Individual Act, a Recommendation and a Decision, with predetermined flows from the rapporteur
- Digital Signatures through the use of the ARCHION-XML application
- Compulsory or Digital Signature via ARCHION-XML, in the automated flows of each approval process
- Automatically convert Project to Outbound after final signature is signed
- Inserting Protocol and Authorization Elements by FILE-XML, in Final Output Document, Individual Act, Plenary Decision
This upgrade was carried out under HYPERSYSTEMS contract for the maintenance of EETT’s AIS applications.
